BOOKING POLICIES

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following non-negotiable policies.

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made after this window will result in a 50% charge of the total service amount.

  • There is a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the service total. Please communicate delays via text as soon as possible.

  • Clients who do not show up and do not notify me will be charged 100% of the service total.

  • To maintain a calm and focused environment, no additional guests or children are allowed during appointments. This ensures a clean, distraction-free space and allows me to provide the highest level of care.

  • Late cancellation and no-show fees are not transferable to future appointments and are paid directly to the service provider for time reserved.

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. By booking, you acknowledge the terms of service and agree not to dispute charges that result from late cancellations or no-shows.
