BOOKING POLICIES
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following non-negotiable policies.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made after this window will result in a 50% charge of the total service amount.

There is a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the service total. Please communicate delays via text as soon as possible.

Clients who do not show up and do not notify me will be charged 100% of the service total.

To maintain a calm and focused environment, no additional guests or children are allowed during appointments. This ensures a clean, distraction-free space and allows me to provide the highest level of care.

Late cancellation and no-show fees are not transferable to future appointments and are paid directly to the service provider for time reserved.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. By booking, you acknowledge the terms of service and agree not to dispute charges that result from late cancellations or no-shows.
